These terms apply to the free Site Measure website and calculator, maintained as an independent project. By using the service, you agree to these terms. No account or payment is required.
Estimates and your order
Results depend on the measurements, units, density and allowance you enter. They are planning estimates, not engineering designs, installation specifications or supplier offers. Confirm dimensions, material suitability, compacted depth, loose delivery volume, purchase increments and delivery access with your supplier or installer before ordering.
Cost results use your entered quote. Taxes, minimum orders, labor, equipment and other charges are not included unless explicitly accounted for in your inputs. No universal compaction factor is applied.
Permitted use
You may use, copy, print and share your calculation results for personal or commercial projects. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent estimates as professional certification.
Sources and external websites
Material references describe particular sources and products. We do not endorse or control linked suppliers or other external websites. Verify current product specifications directly with the supplier.
Availability and limitations
We aim to provide accurate formulas and clear assumptions, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or a match to actual site conditions. The service is provided as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and corrections
We may update the tool, explanations and these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Saved or printed estimates may reflect earlier assumptions; check them before placing a new order.
